Knees & Shoulders is a class designed to release stiffness and discomfort in the shoulders, upper back and knees. This therapeutic sequence focuses on gentle mobility work and supported stretches to reduce strain, build stability and improve overall joint function. Ideal for anyone dealing with tension from sitting, repetitive use, or injury. A great choice if you're looking to regain ease of movement and feel more at home in your body

Leslie’s signature class, combining yoga, Pilates, mobility and self-myofascial release. This is a gentle, low-intensity class and will complement any active body and aid in recovery while increasing your connection to your body. Moving through joint mobilization, gentle flows, self-myofascial release, and some strengthening postures, the class will end with static stretching and a savasana. Great for beginners or anyone who hasn’t tried yoga, this ‘almost yoga’ class will bring your body’s strength and flexibility into harmony, loosening tight spots and increasing fluidity of movement.

Nervous System Reset
Combining yin yoga, restorative yoga, somatic practices, and yoga nidra with a dash of self- and group reiki, and sound healing. Join Leslie on Sunday nights once per month to rest, restore, and allow your body some time to rejuvenate. Sound healing tools include tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs as well as your own voice through mantra and humming.
