Join Leslie on Sunday nights once per month to rest, restore, and allow your body some time to rejuvenate. Sound healing tools include tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs as well as your own voice through mantra and humming.

This is a gentle, low-intensity class and will complement any active body and aid in recovery while increasing your connection to your body. Moving through joint mobilization, gentle flows, self-myofascial release, and some strengthening postures, the class will end with static stretching and a savasana. Great for beginners or anyone who hasn’t tried yoga, this ‘almost yoga’ class will bring your body’s strength and flexibility into harmony, loosening tight spots and increasing fluidity of movement.
