This series of classes will focus on helping maintain and support an optimal posture. Using Pilates and other modalities, the muscle and structure of the hips, spine and shoulder will be the focus for finding the body’s most efficient upright alignment. All levels welcome. The movements will be simple and will emphasize the subtle reset and stabilizing of your posture.
