Gentle Yoga
Focusing on all the parts of you affected by sitting. This class will be slow and gentle, focusing on joint mobilization, breathwork, and self-directed stretching. Expect a few standing postures and to leave feeling refreshed.

Nervous System Reset
Combining yin yoga, restorative yoga, somatic practices, and yoga nidra with a dash of self- and group reiki, and sound healing. Join Leslie on Sunday nights once per month to rest, restore, and allow your body some time to rejuvenate. Sound healing tools include tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs as well as your own voice through mantra and humming.

SUP Yoga
SUP yoga is both relaxing and a challenging full-body workout. Enjoy a float on calm, sheltered water, while working on your balance in a way you can’t find in a standard yoga class.
