Stand-up paddleboard classes
Basic SUP Skills, Advanced Flatwater SUP Skills, River 1 SUP Skills and Touring 1 SUP skills are Paddle Canada courses that will help you develop your confidence and techniques, no matter your current level. Participants who successfully complete one of these courses will receive a Paddle Canada skills certificate.
Basic SUP Skills

Learn to paddle safely in calm, sheltered waters. A great course whether you’re starting from zero or want to fine-tune the basics.

This course if for people with previous experience who want to master more advanced skills—whether to go on day trips, paddle in more advanced conditions, race, or just have even more fun on a board.

SUP yoga is both relaxing and a challenging full-body workout. Enjoy a float on calm, sheltered water, while working on your balance in a way you can’t find in a standard yoga class.
SUP Yoga is not a Paddle Canada course.
