This is a gentle, low-intensity class and will complement any active body and aid in recovery while increasing your connection to your body. Moving through joint mobilization, gentle flows, self-myofascial release, and some strengthening postures, the class will end with static stretching and a savasana. Great for beginners or anyone who hasn’t tried yoga, this ‘almost yoga’ class will bring your body’s strength and flexibility into harmony, loosening tight spots and increasing fluidity of movement.
