This gentle, low-intensity practice blends yoga, Pilates, mobility work, and self-myofascial release to complement any active lifestyle and support recovery. You’ll move through joint mobilization, gentle flows, and strengthening postures before ending with deep stretching and a restful savasana.

Perfect for beginners or anyone new to yoga, this “almost yoga” series helps bring your body’s strength and flexibility into balance—easing tight spots, enhancing mobility, and deepening your connection to your body.
