Healing Touch, Reiki and yoga therapy can all help you relax, reduce stress, decrease pain and heal.
Yoga therapy involves more participation from you. I will guide you through physical movements, mindfulness exercises and more to:
decrease pain
increase range of motion
manage anxiety and stress
deal with heavy emotions such as grief
Healing Touch and Reiki are energy therapies, where you find a comfortable position and I will work to balance your chakras and help you feel well. All with little to no physical touch, according to your preference.
