Yoga Release
Leslie’s signature class, combining yoga, Pilates, mobility and self-myofascial release. This is a gentle, low-intensity class and will complement any active body and aid in recovery while increasing your connection to your body. Moving through joint mobilization, gentle flows, self-myofascial release, and some strengthening postures, the class will end with static stretching and a savasana. Great for beginners or anyone who hasn’t tried yoga, this ‘almost yoga’ class will bring your body’s strength and flexibility into harmony, loosening tight spots and increasing fluidity of movement.

Seniors' Yoga-lates
Combining yoga, Pilates, mobility and functional strength, this class is designed for seniors looking to stay active. From gentle joint mobilizations to body-weight activities, expect a full-body workout and brain-challenging activities that will help memory and focus, as well as muscle maintenance. Also, fun.
