Designed for older adults looking to stay active, maintain mobility and strength, or rehab injuries. This class combines yoga, Pilates, mobility, and functional strength using small weights, mat work and standing series. From gentle joint mobilization to body weight activities, expect a full body workout and brain challenging activities that will help memory and focus as well as muscle maintenance.
