Ready to rebuild? Bring your baby (or not) to this gentle core-focused class to help you reconnect with the muscles used, stretched, and worked during pregnancy and birth. A class specifically designed for pelvic floor and core awareness, as well as rehabilitation, that includes general whole-body strengthening. The goal is to move well and comfortably in the post-partum body.
