Slow Flow Yoga

A gentle class suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to slow down, including seniors and those recovering from injuries or in sports rehabilitation. This vinyasa based class will move slowly through various postures connecting you gently with your breath and body. Sequences will allow you to move within your current range of motion.
